All Together Now Summer Reading Program 
June 2 - July 14

Are you ready to be a part of something bigger than yourself this summer?
Join us for the "All Together Now" Summer Reading Program (SRP) and dive into a world of community, unity, and kindness. 
Bella Vista Public Library is excited to continue a long tradition of hosting an annual summer reading program for patrons of all ages! Our theme this year invites you to you to discover the beauty of shared experiences through stories, programs, events, and much more. By joining the fun, you’ll earn prizes, and connect with others through the power of stories! We'll meet new friends, create lasting memories, and read along the way! 

How to Participate: 
• Download the Beanstack Tracker App onto your device or go to bvpl.beanstack.org as early as May 15, 2023 to pre-register.
• Touch "Find Your School or Library," type in “Bella Vista Public Library." 
• At the bottom of your screen, click "Sign Up", follow the prompts to create your account.
• Create a Reader Profile for each reader in your family and register each reader for a Summer Reading Challenge.
• Start logging your books and participating in our suggested activities on June 2nd! Depending on the reading challenge you sign up for, you will have a reading goal to reach by July 12th. 
• Earn virtual badges and tickets as you reach certain goals within your challenge. Place earned tickets into our prize raffles for a chance to win one of our amazing prizes! 
• Make origami cranes, then drop them off at the Library before the Summer Reading Program begins.

Submit tickets for prizes no later than July 12. All prizes are subject to change and will be added throughout the Summer Reading Program. Winners will be notified on July 13. 

Once you have completed our Summer Reading challenge, call the library to reserve a spot at our End of Summer Reading Block Party on July 14! Pick up all your prizes, and participate in extra fun! You must have completed this year’s All Together Now Summer Reading Challenge to attend this event and receive your completion prizes. 

Library Events & Programs: 
• Find our events and programs on our website Calendar or in the Summer Reading Brochure. *Select programs require registration.
• All programs are subject to change, check our Facebook for any updates and program information or guidelines. Space, parking, and supplies are limited.

Reading Challenges: 
• Read to Me: For ages 0-99. Geared towards non-independent readers, suggested for those reading picture books to chapter books. (Reading goal: 30 books)
• Teens & Tweens: For ages 8-17. Geared towards independent readers, suggested for those reading chapter books. (Reading goal: 10 books)
• Adults:  For ages 18-99. Geared towards adult readers and for parents reading to their kids. (Reading goal: 10 books)
             *Please note that every challenge has different prize options geared towards each age group.

Key Dates: 
• Friday, June 2nd - Summer Reading starts! Help us kick off this year's Summer Reading Program (SRP)! Join us to register for SRP, meet special guest performers, play games, and much more. Our big kick-off party will be 11am -1pm
• Friday, July 14th - End of SRP Block Party.  Call the library once you have completed your reading challenge in Beanstack to reserve a spot.
